Olga Kvassova was born in Moscow, Russia and trained in the Russian academic art tradition (Stroganov Moscow University of Art and Industrial Design), where she graduated at the Faculty of Monumental Decorative and Applied Art. For several years she has been working in the Netherlands (The Hague).

Olga is an artist who usually paints her work using oil or acrylic technique on linen canvas. With her images, exposed on this site, she investigates a new approach: the possibilities of computer manipulation of already made pictures. Her original oil painted artworks were photographed. With computer-manipulation of the photos, another dimension to the original work is achieved.
