"Born October 02,1947, in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. In December 1971, graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Bahia, where he teaches for a period of time. Also attended Academic Painting at the Fine Art School of the same university. Lives and works in Salvador, where he makes his images using the computer as means and the techniques learned at the Fine Art School. His art reflects the synthesis of the traditional art techniques of creating portraits, marines views, landscapes, and others."Has been exploring digital mediums since 1998, combining multiple media as photography, oils, acrylics, impressionist’s impastos and others. He uses as digital support a Windows platform, Photoshop CS2 and Corel Painter X. For drawing and painting by hand, the Wacom tablet and pen, Intuos 3 and Painter X.
