This video is an example of high-quality scientific animation. It proposes to provide a realistic view of microscopic cell processes. But it should be recognized that the animation is a "model", however carefully it may be based on atomic-level detail. In that sense it is an "interpretation," or maybe better a "simulation." Certainly it is a credit to the animators who created it, but certainly different animators would see things differently, possibly much differently.
