Israel Herzl is an Israeli digital artist.

He is the official representative of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His solo exhibition "Herzl paints Herzl" has been shown in six different places: in Jerusalem at the Herzl Museum (11.2018) and at the Foreign Ministry Gallery (2.2019). In Kfar Saba (1.2020). In Europe: in Vienna (5.2019), in Basel (7.2019), in Geneva (10.2019). The exhibitions were sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
