Takashi Katayama is Japanese, born in 1956. He intended to be a painter and photographer but actually studied jurisprudence. In 1997 he encountered computer graphics and that "determined the route behind me." Since then he has participated in many one-man, group and private exhibitions in Japan, winning prizes along the way. He draws his art entirely in Photoshop with a mouse.
