RECEIVING DATES
September 16 - 30, 2008

Artists located outside the continental US should especially anticipate delivery times and arrange
to get their art delivered by the September 30 deadline.

PACKING INSTRUCTION
Art should be securely packaged to avoid transit damage. Corners should be especially
protected. Do not use string or rope but use sealing tape. Avoid glass. Use acrylic.
It may make sense to ship your art flat or tubed for an unframed display.
This may be an especially provocative way to show your art.

SHIP VIA
US Mail, FedEx, United Parcel, international shipper, or hand-delivered.

Artists located within the NYC metropolitan area may personally deliver art to the
receiving address indicated above.

Please click contact to advise and arrange for personal or hand-delivery of art
or for any question or comment.

RETURN OF ART
A prepaid return shipping label should accompany your shipment of art to MOCA. MOCA takes no responsibility
for the return of unsold art unless the return shipment is prepaid by the artist. Art cannot be returned C.O.D.
or collect. If art is unsold and return shipping charges have not been paid, MOCA will donate the art at no cost
to a responsible art patron, collector or organization and will so advise the artist.
