Bonnie Rosenstock

I am a three-time award-winning journalist (New York Press Association Better Newspaper Contest) and value the power of those 1,000 (or more) words to relate the picture. However, sometimes words are not only irrelevant but also detract from the wonder and thrill of that captured, often fleeting, ephemeral photographic moment. There is no limit to the themes of my award-winning photographs. My interests are propelled by curiosity, experimentation and wonder, whether it is nature in the wild or in the cityscape, as well as human nature in its natural habitat. All subjects are fuel for creative self-expression.

Photography education consists of several courses at International Center of Photography (ICP) and Parsons, black and while film development, and later at ICP, digital color courses in the 2000s. Basically, having fun with Canon, Panasonic Lumix and more recently, iPhone and a borrowed Leica
