jjblack is a writer/poet/photographer/filmmaker/animator/artist/sculptor/musician/composer/singer/songwriter/multimedia artist & producer. He combines traditional media as conceptual art in non-traditional ways for output as interactive DVDs in addition to prints & installations. As a journalist/photographer he has worked for many magazines worldwide including Time & Look & has worked as a magazine & newspaper editor. His fine art Photography has been widely exhibited and he has taught communications at college & university.

As a musician, he has played in bands in England & Canada. He & his late son Sean were the core of the band, Dining With Attila. He lives in the Green Mountains near the Vermont/Quebec border.
