Edwin Cuenco received his MFA from George Washington University. He is an Assistant Professor in the Visual and Performing Arts Department of Angelo State University teaching Graphic Arts.

Working in partnerships with non-government and community organizations, his goal is to build skills within disadvantaged and marginalised demographics using innovative and participatory graphic arts methods to represent themselves and create tools for advocacy to effect social change.
