Pam Amos

I am a self-taught artist and I have been painting for the past 20 years. I work with a variety of media and tools, including molten, pigmented wax, pastels, acrylics and digital media.

My artwork and designs have sold in galleries, gift stores, online and by commission.

I love to explore the creative process. Be it with canvas or screen, brush or mouse, paint or pixel, the process of art involves developing ideas by experimentation, and, by manipulating media, creating visual effects that are pleasing to the eye. From the dawn of time man has used new technologies to advance art techniques and styles. Art evolves with time, and artists today are exploring pixels and light, manipulating the technology of binary codes to create Digital Art with the warmth of humanity. The physical and emotional connection is still there; only the media has changed.

My Fractal Florals were created using digital software: Apophysis and Photoshop.
